Thomas waa a friendly chestnut Thoroughbred born in 1995. We don't know a lot about his background. The story was that he suffered broken withers from an accident on a cross-country course and could not be ridden again. He came here in 2005 and lived happily in his field with his best friend, Jaffa. In his latter years he came in once or twice every day for a bucket of soft food and the attention he loved from our volunteers.
