Maggie is a cute Shetland pony, born in 1998. She came to Blaikiewell when she was 2 when her owner didn't want and her Highland pony companion after his daughter left home. Having known her from living nearby we could not turn her away to an uncertain future elsewhere. She may be small but she has a huge personality! She works in our riding school, taking many children on their first lessons. She has an exceptionally long, flowing mane and forelock.
