Fred and Zig-Zag Were booked to come to retirement livery in 2016 but they were left at the yard in our absence and we never heard from their owner again. We know there are many reasons why horses have to be given up and we do not know the circumstances, but they were in very poor condition and we were glad to have the chance to feed them and bring them back to good health
Fred had recently been introduced to being ridden again by Ainsleigh, our volunteer. He loved to come in and looked very pleased with himself.
