Brent is a wonderful 7 year old Dartmoor hill pony. He arrived as a foal, with his friends Toran and Mel in summer 2012, rescued by Mary Tyrer of Dartmoor Ponies and Equines after the annual round-up. They had been living wild on Dartmoor. Each year they are rounded up and most are sent to a meat market. Brent quickly realised humans could be friendly and he is now a riding school favourite.
